A display device is provided. The display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower display panel; a upper display panel facing the lower display panel; a metal oxide film surrounding the outermost surface of the upper display panel and the lower display panel; and a barrier layer surrounding the metal oxide film, wherein the barrier layer is a self-assembled mono-layer.
