The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method and an apparatus for transmitting information. According to one aspect of the present invention, a method for allocating resources by a femtocell base station (BS) to a first terminal connected to the femtocell BS, comprises the steps of: receiving information transmitted by a macro base station (BS) to a second terminal connected to the macro BS; calculating a distance between the second terminal and the femtocell BS using first information for allocating resources to the second terminal among the received information; and transmitting, to the first terminal, a resource allocation signal for allocating resources to the first terminal when the calculated distance is equal to or greater than a predefined threshold distance.
