A reamer is provided with a solid cylindrical section having a solid cylindrical shape and rotating in a preset direction about the axis thereof; blades provided on the outer peripheral surface of the solid cylindrical section and twisted and extended in the direction in which the blades are formed for up-cutting; a cutting fluid flow path which is provided in the solid cylindrical section and into which a cutting fluid is introduced; and a discharge opening group formed in the outer peripheral surface of the solid cylindrical section and connected to the cutting fluid flow path. The cutting fluid flow path extends in such a manner that the cutting fluid is discharged to the rear end side from the discharge opening group.
