The present invention relates to a red clay floor material provided with ventilation structure and a method for preparing a red clay floor material. The red clay floor material has a block shape which has a fastening projection provided to be assembled with other red yellow clay floor materials and a protrusion molded on the lower part thereof to make heat, which is formed on a floor surface inside a building, convected and diffused through a hollow formed in between the protrusions; and prepared by being composed of: 700-1400 mesh of red yellow clay powder at 50-60 wt%; 1200-2000 mesh of white clay powder at 15-30 wt%; 100-150 denier recycled fiber threads at 5-10 wt%; and yam concentrate at 5-10 wt%.
