A seat adjustment device (1) for a bike includes a holding base (11) adapted to be engaged on a top of a support tube (2) for a seat (3). First and second clamp blocks (12,13) are received in the holding base (11). The second clamp block (13) is moveable relative to the first clamp block (12). A bar-clamping space (14) is formed between the first and second clamp blocks (12,13) to clamp a support rod (31) for the seat (3). A resilient member (16) is provided between the first and second clamp blocks (12,13) to bias the first and second clamp blocks (12,13) towards an inner wall (117) of the holding base (11). The first and second clamp blocks (12,13) may be free to pivot around in the holding base (11), allowing the seat (3) to be adjusted at a significantly increasing angle. |
