The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a light guide plate for forming a pattern on the light guide plate. The manufacturing method of a light guide plate having a complex pattern structure includes: a step (a) of pressing one lateral surface of a light guide plate using a first soft mold on which a first pattern is formed and processing a main pattern corresponding to the first pattern on the lateral surface of the light guide plate; a step (b) of pressing the light guide plate using a second soft mold on which a second pattern different from the first pattern is formed and processing a sub pattern corresponding to the second pattern on the lateral surface of the light guide plate where the main pattern is processed; and a step (c) of hardening the light guide plate where the main pattern and the sub pattern are processed. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a manufacturing method of a light guide plate having a complex pattern structure capable of improving the brightness and diffusibility of light at the same time by forming two different patterns, and a light guide plate manufactured by the same.
