PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing method with which only a regular computer complying with a network security policy determined by a network manager can be participated in a network. SOLUTION: When each of clients 13-15 transmits an IP packet to the network, in the case of passing the data filter BOX, the existence check of a network security maintenance system is performed to the client and when the presence can not be confirmed, the IP of each of clients 13-15 is filtered. When the network security maintenance system is present, such a check is periodically performed as well and a network security level is prevented from being lowered. |
