The present invention relates to a first near field communication (NFC) module which performs NFC with a portable terminal, a TETRA RF module which transmits and receives an RF signal to and from an external communication device with a TETRA communication method, and a TETRA communication control unit which processes a call if control data for voice call connection is received from the portable terminal through the first NFC module, and performs a voice call with the external communication device using the portable terminal by transmitting and receiving voice data through the TETRA RF module with the TETRA communication method.
