The device has a rectangular plate (10) separating bottles of a bottle transport case into two rows. A base is formed by a part of a blank extending beyond lateral edges (22, 22') of the plate. Two partitioning flaps (13, 13') are arranged perpendicular to the plate. A part of the partitioning flaps is extended above the plate for forming an upper flap (18) and under the plate to form lower flaps (19, 19'). One of the lower flaps is articulated along a folding line coinciding with another folding line of the upper flap.
