The present invention relates to a multifunctional member of a flat tie for installing a concrete form, the multifunctional member comprising: a surface contact unit (11) which is arranged in between a space-maintaining projection (31) of a flat tie (30) and the inner surface (22) of each concrete form (20) corresponding to a space-maintaining projection, and in between a wedge hole (32) of the flat tie (30), which is exposed to the outside of the concrete form (20), and the outer surface (20) of the concrete form, and which has a first through hole (11a) which is arranged by coming in contact with the inner and outer surfaces (22, 23) of the concrete form and through which the flat tie (30) passes; and an extension supporting unit (12) which is extended from the surface contact unit (11) to the space-maintaining projection (31) of the flat tie (30) and to a fixing member (40) mounted on the wedge hole (32) respectively to make the space-maintaining projection and the wedge hole (32) caught on extended ends and which has a second through hole (12a) provided in the center thereof so that the flat tie (30) passes therethrough by being communicate with a first through hole (11a). The multifunctional member is provided to fundamentally prevent damage to the concrete form, thereby improving product reliability and reducing production costs; to supply a stable flat tie which does not wobble after the flat tie is installed, thereby improving construct ability which facilitates a work for installing the concrete form; and to line up the concrete forms, which are arranged side by side, in rows, thereby allowing concrete to be smoothly placed. |
