The present invention relates to a rail structure for transferring a welding apparatus, comprising a plurality of support brackets installed on a curved surface member with a given curvature and arranged in a row along a welding part in separation by a given distance from the welding part of the curved surface member; a plurality of rail supports connected to an upper end of each of the support brackets; and a rail having the same curvature as the curved surface member and arranged on upper parts of the rail supports to guide transfer of the welding apparatus. The rail structure for transferring a welding apparatus according to the present invention can easily perform curved surface welding with transfer of a welding apparatus along a rail by allowing arrangement of the rail in parallel with a welding line on the curved surface so that operation convenience can be drastically improved.
