The present invention relates to a heat insulating sheet, a heat insulating bag manufactured by using the heat insulating sheet, and a heat insulating box manufactured by the heat insulating sheet. A light reflective layer is composed of a lower light reflective layer and an upper light reflective layer to minimize high-temperature heat generated from a surface of the heat insulating sheet. An air gap is provided between the lower light reflective layer and the upper light reflective layer to prevent the heat exchange between the inside and the outside of the heat insulating bag manufactured by using the heat insulating sheet and the heat exchange between the inside and the outside of the heat insulating boxy manufactured by using the heat insulating sheet more easily, thereby preventing the corruption of contents filling objects to be stored, including foods, beverages, medical drugs, and the like, stored inside the heat insulating bag and the heat insulating box more easily and thus preventing the deterioration in the quality of the objects to be stored in advance. |
