A device for manufacturing a transparent electrode film is disclosed. The device for manufacturing a transparent electrode film given in the present invention includes: a hot embossing unit which forms a grid pattern groove on the surface of a film member; a gravure print roll coating unit which prints conductive ink including conductive paste into the grid pattern groove; and a conductive material coating unit which forms a conductive coating layer on the surface of the film member on which the conductive ink is printed. The device further includes: a first block on which the gravure print roll coating unit is installed to transfer the gravure print roll coating unit; a transfer unit which is combined to the first block for translational motion of the first block from side to side; and a driving motor which drives the transfer unit.
