The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cup with an automatic opening part. The method comprises the steps of: setting a region for attaching an elastic member near the opening part at either one side of a first folding part or one side of a second folding part, which are formed on both sides of the cup body to automatically open the opening part of the cup in both directions; taking off the elastic member, which has an advertisement attached thereon via an attaching unit with an attaching means on the region for attaching the elastic member, from a taping member, and forming a bending part by bending the center part; and attaching the bent center of the elastic member to have a first and second elastic piece surrounding both sides of the region for attaching the elastic member, starting from the bending part.
