The method for preventing galvanosis in dental prosthetics with metalloceramic dentures comprises the complex measures aimed at preclinical elimination of risk factors predisposing to galvanosis, the assessment of the hygienic state of the oral cavity, the measurement of pH in oral fluid, the assessment of the intensity of electrochemical processes in oral cavity prior to denture retention. Polycarboxylate cement is used for fastening the crowns of metalloceramic constructions strictly adhering to the protocol of dental prosthetics. In addition, the intensity of electrochemical processes in oral cavity is assessed following denture retention. |
