Disclosed is a compensating device of uneven loading a die mounted on a press table containing a base plate with a disposed therein hollow shaft and a thrust bearing connected along a spherical surface of a certain radius to move relative to each other, a seal, rolling elements, an elastic ring disposed around the perimeter of the center plate, and an elastic gasket arranged between a nut mounted at an end of shank, and a base plate. The radius of the spherical surface of the compensating device is defined by the expression where 0.16 - constant coefficient; P- nominal press force, on the table of which the compensating device is mounted; h - height of the spherical surface of the compensating device; [p] - permissible specific pressure for the material of a shank or thrust bearing of the compensating device. |
