A device for measurement of forces in a drilling string includes a body calibrated by strength parameters, the upper and the lower adapters, shaft cantilever fitted in the upper adapter, unit for transformation of deformations, block for registration of deformations. The unit for transformation of deformations of the device is arranged as a system of three strain sensors placed at angle 120° one with respect to another in the cross section of the body installed on springy plates fixed in console way, those interact through slides with the inner surface of the body. The outputs of the strain sensors are electrically connected to the block for registration of deformations, and the additionally included unit of long displacements as a power spring installed concentrically to the tube on inertial bushing, this interacts with two placed in diagonal elastic holders, there strain sensors for fixation of displacements are installed. |
