A deleting method of multimedia messages and a device and system thereof are provided to collectively delete multimedia messages having flags by using flag fields, when deletion for the various multimedia messages stored in an MMBOX(Multimedia Message Box) is performed by interworking with an MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) proxy relay in a mobile communication terminal, thereby reducing the size of data to be transmitted. A memory(110) stores a program that generates a deletion request message for deleting multimedia messages of an MMBOX according to each piece of flag information. A controller(120) generates the deletion request message including the flag information to be deleted by executing the program, and transmits the generated deletion request message to an MMS proxy relay in order to delete a multimedia message having the corresponding flag information among the multimedia messages stored in the MMBOX.
