The method for the complex treatment of the locally advanced gastric cancer comprises neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by the surgery. After the catheterization of the lymphatic vessel of femur, endolymphatic chemotherapy is provided, for example with 5-fluorouracil 350-550 mg/mDays 1- parallel, preoperative intensive course of teletherapy is provided with fraction dose of 4 Gy and total dose of 20 Gy to epigastric region. The surgery (gastrectomy or subtotal resection of the stomach) is performed not later than in 72 hours after neoadjuvant chemo- and radiotherapy. Postoperatively, endolymphatic or systemic administration of the chemotherapeutics follows according to the conventional schedules. |
