Disclosed is a punching device which punches a hole for connecting a branch pipe to a main pipe where fluid flows and includes a punching machine cap member fixed to the outer side of a punching position of the main pipe; a driving motor installed on a motor frame separated from the upper part of the punching machine cap member; a lifting unit which lifts the motor frame from the punching machine cap member; a rotary shaft which is connected to the driving motor and extended via the punching machine cap member to face the main pipe; and a punching blade member which is joined to the end of the rotary shaft and which punches the main pipe line when rotating. The punching blade member is formed into a cylindrical shape of which the lower part is opened and the upper part is closed. A punching blade is formed on the lower part of the punching blade member, and fluid passing holes where fluid flows through are formed on the lateral surface of the punching blade member.
