The present invention relates to a system and a method for coordinating a curriculum lecture schedule, including: a trainee terminal which transmits curriculum course registration information to a lecture management device, if at least one lecture in a lecture list included in a curriculum is selected and registered, and receives a lecture schedule of the curriculum from the lecture management device; and the lecture management device which stores the curriculum course registration information received from the trainee terminal, checks a curriculum whose registration period is ended, acquires schedule information of the instructors and trainees registered at least one lecture included in the checked curriculum, coordinates the lecture schedule of the curriculum on the basis of at least one of the acquired schedule of the trainees, the schedule of the instructor and the lecture information, and transmits the coordinated lecture schedule to the trainee terminal and the instructor terminal.
