The present invention relates to a system for diagnosing malfunctions of vehicles, capable of collecting the abnormality sensing information in an operational state of components during driving of vehicles, diagnosing the malfunction, and checking the vehicles by comparing a current vehicle condition and the collected vehicle condition sensing information. The system for diagnosing the malfunction of vehicles according to the present invention comprises a driving sensor unit sensing operational signals of each component according to the driving of the vehicle; a driving abnormality detecting unit determining the abnormal occurrence at the operational signals of each component sensed from the driving sensor unit; a data collecting control unit controlling the work collecting the component operation information when the operational signals of components are generated; and a driving information collecting unit collecting the component operation information according to control signals of the data collecting control unit.
