The present invention relates to a method for account establishment and financial transaction using a mobile phone number, including: a step of opening an account in a financial company server by including a serial number corresponding to a wireless terminal device(mobile phone number and terminal number) of a customer in a serial number area corresponding to an account number system, in case of opening a financial account; a step in which the wireless terminal device capable of performing a non faced financial transaction through a communication network transmits withdrawal number information, money collection number information and money collection amount information by including the serial number corresponding to the wireless terminal device (mobile phone number and terminal number); a step in which the financial company server receives the transmitted serial number, the withdrawal number information, the money collection amount information and the money collection number information through a communication network; a step in which the financial company server checks and generates whether a financial account corresponding to the account number is opened in the withdrawal number information, and checks effectiveness of withdrawing the money collection amount in the linked financial account; and a step in which the financial company server withdraws the money collection amount and then deposits the money collection amount in the financial account.
