摘要 A method for manufacturing an oxide superconductor according to one embodiment comprises the steps of: dissolving fluorocarboxylic acid salts including trifluoroacetate in which yttrium, metal selected among lanthanoids (except for cerium, praseodymium, promethium, and ruthenium), barium, and copper are mixed, and adjusting a coating solution using alcohol including methanol as a solvent; adding CF_(2H)-(CF_2)_n-COOH or HOCO-(CF_2)_m-COOH into the coating solution as an anti-crack agent (n and m are positive integers).; forming a gel layer on a substrate using the coating solution to which the anti-crack agent is added; forming a calcination layer on the gel layer by executing a calcining process which proceeds not more than seven hours at or below 3% of the oxide partial pressure and at or above 200°C of the temperature; and forming a layer of an oxide superconductor by annealing the calcination layer with glaze or oxygen.
