摘要

An embodiment of the present invention relates to a real-time PCR chip, having a block of repeatedly arranged heater units, for detecting electrochemical signals, and a real-time PCR device and a method using the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the plate-shaped chip not only analyzes multiple samples at a high speed via the block of repeatedly arranged heater units, but also contributes significantly to micro-miniaturization and enhanced portability of products by simple modularization allowing the easy detection of continuous electrochemical signals generated in a process of nucleic acid amplification.
