摘要 PURPOSE: A hot rolled steel sheet for electric resistance welding steel pipe with high carbon which has excellent uniformity and production method thereof are provided to control components of steel pipe, modified structures and process conditions. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a hot rolled steel for electric resistance welding steel pipe with high carbon which has an excellent material uniformity executes the following steps. A steel slab with high carbon is produced being composed of 0.3-0.6 weight% of C; less than 0.5 weight% of Si; 0.5-1.5 weight% of Mn; less than 1.0 weight% of Cr(except for 0); less than 0.03 weight% of P(except for 0); less than 0.015 weight% of S(except for 0); less than 0.05 weight% of Al(except for 0); 0.0005-0.005 weight% of B; 0.005-0.05% of Ti; the remaining weight% of Fe; and other inevitable impurities. The slab is reheated in 1100-1300 degree C. A hot rolling is executed finishing hot rolling temperature to be 800-1000 degree C. The hot rolled steel sheet is cooled in the first cooling speed (CR1). The hot rolled steel sheet is cooled in the second cooling speed (CR2). The steel sheet is reeled in winding temperature (CT).
