PURPOSE: Triggering method and system thereof utilizing a monitoring metric for cloud computing resource management are provided to increase the efficiency of operation in an actual service of a caching cloud through a triggering system and to perform a function suitable for a scaling reference required in the actual service environment. CONSTITUTION: A cloud monitoring module (1010) generates at least more than two metrics. When the metric generated by the cloud monitoring module corresponds to a predetermined triggering condition, a multi triggering module (1200) generates more than one of more than one triggering events included in a triggering event group. A cloud scaling module (1300) performs dynamic control with a size of cloud resource provided corresponding to a triggering event of the multi triggering module.
