The present invention relates to a component separator comprising a check valve which is opened when an external force is applied, and especially whose upper chamber and lower chamber are in connection during centrifugation. The component separator comprises an upper chamber which has an upper space inside and one or more upper ports; a lower chamber which is connected to the upper chamber and has a lower space in connection with the upper space, and one or more lower ports; and a check valve tube which opens and closes a neck portion formed on the upper chamber and is in connection with the lower chamber only while the neck portion is closed. The check valve tube comprises a tube body penetrating the upper chamber; a diaphragm which is expanded in the lower part of the tube body and closes the neck portion; and a spring which is formed on the upper part of the upper chamber and applies an elastic force to the tube body. |
