FLAT PANEL DISPLAY DEVICE

A flat panel display device of the present invention is to implement a narrow bezel and to improve a performance of a thin film transistor of a GIP circuit by optimizing the thin film transistor layout by applying an oxide semiconductor having a large mobility and a small parasitic capacitance to the thin film transistor of the GIP circuit. The flat panel display device comprises: an array substrate separated to an active area and the GIP circuit; a color filter substrate; an active layer formed as the oxide semiconductor; a gate electrode formed on the upper part of the active layer; a protective film including a first and a second contact hole; and a source electrode and a drain electrode electrically connected to a source region and a drain region of the active layer.
