An air-conditioning system for adjusting the temperature of a greenhouse using underground air comprises an intake chamber to accept underground air; a mixing chamber to accept external air and air from the greenhouse; a cooling chamber to provide a cooling space which cools the underground air from the intake chamber; a heating chamber to provide a heating space which heats the greenhouse air and external air from the mixing chamber; an evaporator placed around the cooling chamber to cool the underground air; a heat pump integrated with the evaporator to share refrigerant with it and formed with a condenser which is placed around the heating chamber to heat the greenhouse air and external air; and a control chamber to transmit the underground air treated in the cooling chamber and the greenhouse air and external air treated in the heating chamber to the outside or to the greenhouse. The control chamber connects the heating chamber to the greenhouse and the cooling chamber to the outside in heating operation; and connects the cooling chamber to the greenhouse and the heating chamber to the outside in cooling operation.
