A PCR machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises one or more modules including a device unit and a measuring unit located on the device unit; and a supporting pillar penetrating the center of the device unit. The device unit comprises a temperature region formation unit including heating blocks with different temperature regions; and a rotary unit located on the upper or lower sides of the temperature region formation unit by touching the temperature region formation unit, and having chip insertion units located on one of the heating blocks.
