Disclosed is a method of forming an interconnection line on a substrate by using screen printing. The method of forming an interconnection line on a substrate by using screen printing include a step of preparing a substrate having a convex-concave part, a step of aligning a stencil mask on the substrate, and a step of printing paste made of the composition material of the interconnection line which is to be formed on the substrate on a convex part which is formed in the substrate.
