FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with orthopedic reconstruction of limbs. The implementation of the method in question deals with evaluating densitometric asymmetry in dynamics between anterior and posterior - in lateral projection, lateral and median - in straightforward projection - parts of diastasis developed during distraction between the edges of osseous fragments according to the series of stage-by-stage roentgenograms performed at a time interval, and in case of asymmetry being above 10% it is necessary to register a damaging impact of the methods of affecting osseous integrity, as for the degree of the damaging impact, it should be evaluated due to taking into account the detected length, duration of asymmetry availability by Table 1 that enables to detect and provide a quantitative evaluation of damaging action upon osteogenesis flow. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation. ^ 3 dwg, 2 ex, 3 tbl |
