The present invention relates to a bumper beam assembly system including a bumper beam and a stay connecting the bumper beam to a vehicle. The provided bumper beam assembly system is capable of minimizing the repair cost when a corner part collides at a low speed since only the stay needs to be replaced because the stay is detachably coupled to the bumper beam and occupies both ends of the bumper beam; and enhancing the fuel efficiency by using plastic materials to produce the stay which is lighter.
