The present invention relates to a protective cap for packing food and, more particularly, to a protective cap for packing food, detachably installed on the upper part of a packing container for vacuum-packaging food such as instant food to protect the packing container and conveniently showing information such as the kind of the food and a cooking method. The present invention comprises: a packing container having upper edge end parts vacuum-packaged to store accommodated food; a cover part including a protective cap to be assembled on the upper part of the packing container and cover the whole surface of the upper part of the packing container; both right and left wing parts formed to extend from both sides of the cover part and be folded; and a cutting part formed in a certain length at a border region for folding the right and left wing parts to insert the upper edge end parts of the packing container. Therefore, the present invention provides the convenience of an assembly process and food user convenience by providing the protective cap to be detachably assembled on the upper part of the food packing container conveniently. |
