The tool has a preform of a blade (6) and an element to place the blade preform in a racking zone (7) having two different superimposed thickness. A main part (10) is arranged with a reception unit for reception of the blade preform. The racking zone is arranged with a spacer that includes a plate (25). The plate is able to be introduced into the racking zone without extending an internal contour (40) along the preform of the blade. A hoisting device is fixed with the main part for allowing raising of the plate to adjustable heights.
