The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a compression molding product having elasticity and the compression molding product, capable of tremendously increasing the productivity, enhancing the quality, and saving electricity consumption so as to increase energy efficiency and reduce production costs. The present invention includes: a material warming up step, in which a rubber powder material is flowed, moved, or sprayed, in order to gain thermal energy to reach the temperatures of 70-250°C; a heating-mixing step, in which the rubber powder material is maintained at the temperatures of 70-250°C during the process of moving, and in which a binder is inserted to mix the rubber powder material; and a molding process step, in which the gum, made from the mixture of the rubber powder material and the binder, is charged into a mold and pressurized, in order to be cooled at room temperature. Moreover, by an instrument having a screw for moving the rubber powder material on a straight line, the material warming up step, in which the rubber powder material is pre-heated to the temperatures of 70-250°C, and the heating-mixing step, in which the binder is inserted into the rubber powder material pre-heated and moved by the screw for mixing, are consecutively conducted. The molding process step for the room temperature cooling takes place while the rubber powder material and the binder are mixed into a gel-type gum mixture which is eventually charged into the mold and pressurized. |
