<p>PURPOSE: A torque converter utilizes gear ratio of a planetary gear, thereby reducing vibration of engine output. CONSTITUTION: A rotation element in input rotatory power from an engine. Another rotation element is linked directly with a turbine (30). The rotatory power of the engine is transmitted to the turbine through a planetary gear (PG) system. A lock up clutch (50) is detachably installed on a route connecting the engine and turbine. A damping spring (60) is connected to the rotation element of the other one.</p> |
