The apparatus has a luminous case (12) combining seven elements for representing a time, a date and a temperature of an interior of a car. A lamp allows a user to see or read a book during night or when weather is dark. Lightings of luminous effects of a contour (16) and a surface (15) are simultaneously or independently provided. Keys are provided in the luminous case. LED bulbs are embedded in the luminous case. A remote control is provided with multiple colored buttons. A fixing apparatus is provided with four mounting feet and four clamp holes. The case diffuses the luminous effects.
