摘要 Integral structured closed-loop heat exchanger comprising the heat exchanger's head (1), the circulator pump (17) having the homoaxially-configurated flutes (14,13) serving for the flow and counter flowof the thermally-conductible liquid/means (15,16), the external main conduit (3), the divider-flute separator (12), the internal parallel conduits (7,11) and the cooler (24,25,26,27,28) having homoaxially-configurated flow and counter-flow flutes (16, 15). For the liquid's flow efficiency, the operation of the invented system is established through the heat exchanger's head (1), the external main conduit (3), the internal parallel conduit (17,11) and the circulator's pump (17) having the homoaxially-configurated flutes (14,13) serving for the liquid's flow and counter flow (15,16) respectively, which pump incites the closed-loop motion of the thermally-conductible liquid (18) through the stable internal fluted diodes (19,20,21) where the flow and counter-flow cycle is completed by the flutes (14,13) of the circulator's pump (17). The stress is put on the potential in-parallel running of the cabling through the fluted diodes (5), inside the external main conduit (3), and its exit through the divider (12) at whatever point of the application. The system can simultaneously serve multiple charges coming from the heat exchanger's heads (1) (e.g. in-series or star-like arrangements) via the aforementioned circulator pump (17), the homoaxially-configurated flow and counter-flow flutes (14,13), the homoaxial concentrator mixer (30), the homoaxially-configurated flutes (14,13,33,34) for the liquid's flow and counter-flow (25,16) and the coolers (24,25,26,27,28) having the homoaxially-configurated flutes (14,13) serving for the liquid's flow and counter flow (15, 16). Embodiment: the invention gives solutionto multiple applications such as: cooling of high luminous-intensity Led arrays, cooling of central computer treatment units, cooling of nozzles, bearings, surfaces, ball bearings, tool machines, CNC treatment centres and wherever restricted opening of holes for the cooling and heating of a body, section or unit is strictly required; in parallel, energy can be saved during heat removal due to thenatural features of the invention and its innate constructional properties.
