Provided is an exhaust gas filtering device. According to the present invention, the exhaust gas filtering device comprises: an exhaust pipe for discharging exhaust gas generated in an internal combustion engine; a case formed as a box form, and connected to the exhaust pipe; a filter member arranged to be inclined as a fixed angle inside the case to filter the exhaust gas discharged through the exhaust pipe; and a metal form heating member located to have a fixed distance with the filtering member in one end of the filtering member to heat by heating the exhaust gas.
