PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition including a protein modified to be capable of blocking mainly exposure of a therapeutic protein to a proteolytic enzyme and protecting the therapeutic protein.SOLUTION: A lyophilized therapeutic peptibody composition includes a buffer, a filler, a stabilizer and optionally a surfactant, where the buffer comprises a pH buffer in the range of about 5 to about 20 mM and has a pH in the range of about 3.0 to about 8.0, the filler has a concentration of about 0 to about 4.5% w/v, the stabilizer has a concentration of about 0.1 to about 20% w/v, the surfactant has a concentration of about 0.004 to about 0.4% w/v, and the therapeutic peptibody includes a structure represented by Formula I: [(X1)a-F1-(X2)b]-(L1)c-WSPd (where, WSP is a water-soluble polymer whose bonding is carried out in any reactive moiety in F1 and F1 is Fc domain). |
