The building system comprises at least one thermally activated building component. The method comprises determining a quantity of energy stored in said at least one thermally activated building component taking into account a temperature distribution in the at least one thermally activated building component and evaluating said quantity of energy stored in said thermally activated building component for predicting and/or controlling and/or regulating at least one zone comfort variable in said building system.
