PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of meso-2,3- butanediol is provided to produce the meso-2,3- butanediol with the recombinant Escherichia through the codon optimization of the gene sequence which encodes the acetoin reductase nucleotide of Klebsiella. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of meso-2,3- butanediol comprises a step of obtaining the nucleotide sequence of the first rank of the rank list by optimizing the codon which is suitable for manifesting the acetoin reductase nucleotide of Klebsiella in the Escherichia coli; a step of manufacturing the recombinant vector by inserting the nucleotide which optimized the codon of the acetoin reductase to the manifesting vector; a step of manufacturing the recombinant Escherichia by transforming the recombinant vector to the Escherichia; and a step of manufacturing meso-2,3- butanediol from the recombinant Escherichia. |
