An electric driving device comprises an electric motor (1) and a control unit (20) which is arranged on the axial line of a rotary shaft (2) of the electric motor to control the electric motor. The electric motor has a motor terminal (13W) that extends toward the control unit parallel to the axial direction of the rotary shaft while a slit (13a) is formed at the end of the motor terminal on the side of the control unit. The control unit is provided on the extension line of the motor terminal and has a motor connection terminal (34) that is connected to the motor terminal. The slit of the motor terminal is press-fitted to the motor connection terminal while an insulating member (33) that holds the motor connection terminal is fixed to a heat sink (35).
