The Wiper blade device (10a) has spring rail (12a) and liquid guide element (14a). The orientation of the liquid guide element is different from the orientation of the spring rail. The top face (16a) of the spring rail is located above the liquid guide element. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing wiper blade device.
