PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bacillus subtilis GB-S14 strains with an excellent histamine resolution and a manufacturing method of fish meal reduced histamine using the same are provided to enhance conversion yield of polymer fish meal protein to low molecular weight fish meal peptide and amino acid. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis GB-S14 strains with an excellent histamine resolution is fermented by adding strain to fish meal. Fermentation is solid phase fermentation.
