PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a thermal output even in a boiler having the same combustion stage number and a different turndown ratio.SOLUTION: A thermal output measuring device of a boiler 2 includes: signal conversion means 5 for inputting a state signal expressing a change in a combustion amount from an energization state of each of a plurality of apparatuses 7 to be measured included in the boiler 2, converting the state signal into a combustion amount signal expressing a value of a combustion amount and outputting the combustion amount signal; and thermal output calculation means 6 for calculating a thermal output based on the combustion amount signal from the signal conversion means 5. The signal conversion means 5 includes: two or more input terminals 22 for inputting state signals; an output terminal 23; a turndown ratio adjuster 24 capable of optionally setting a turndown ratio of each combustion stage in each apparatus 7 to be measured; and a signal conversion part 25 for inputting the state signal and the turndown ratio signal and outputting a combustion amount signal reflecting the set turndown ratio to the output terminal 23. |
