The present invention relates to exercise equipment for enhancing muscular strength of a lower body, comprising a main body (10) with built-in control means including a one-chip microprocessor; a floor plate (20) where foot plates are installed for a user to stand; a front display unit (30) that constitutes a game display screen which includes a touch screen type switch; multiple indicator lamps (40) that include LEDs which display an operation state; and laser generation means (50) for radiating a laser, which is installed on the left and the right of a lower front surface of the main body (10). The present invention contributes to addressing school-associated problems (bullying, obesity, game addiction, and the like) and eradicating violence at school by arousing interest in adolescents and allowing the adolescents to participate in sports with joy without limitations in installation space such as after school, is suitable for use in smart sports classes established as after-school sports activity programs, increases the ratio of participating students by arousing the interest of the students as exercise equipment to which the concepts of games and stories as in online games are added for pleasure, improves the muscular strength of the lower body, endurance, and cardiovascular endurance, and allows the purpose of after-school implementation to be achieved through the dispatch of professional instructors. |
