PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image exchange method and an image exchange system for remote support which can efficiently provide remote support.SOLUTION: An administrator terminal connects to a gateway server after being authenticated by an authentication server. A user terminal executes an application, and receives gateway server connection information from the authentication server by inputting a password, then after connecting to the gateway server on the basis of the received gateway server connection information, transmits images to the administrator terminal. Thus, the administrator can easily perform remote support by confirming a situation in which the user currently requires the support, via the images in real time. Also, the user can receive the remote support by the administrator via the images, so that it is possible to prevent occurrence of additional costs. |
